Historical aerial photography is available for public viewing at our public counter.
No copies can be made of this photography but the public may request to view specific
areas. A Thomas Guide showing overlays of all aerial surveys that resulted in a
mapping or other product, can be viewed at the Public Counter, and copies of any
available mapping may be ordered. The aerial photographs currently available for
viewing are:
- 1947 Black & White Aerial Photos, photo scale 1" = 1200'
- 1952-53 Black & White Aerial Photos, photo scale 1" = 1552'
- 1970 Black & White Aerial Photos, photo scale 1" = 1000'
- 1990 Color Aerial Photos, Photo scale 1"=1450' (copies of this photography
may be purchased through an outside vendor, information available by request)
- 1990 Color Enlargements scale 1"=500'
- 1994 Color Eagle Aerial Photos (Indexed to Thomas Guide Pages), enlargement scale
1"=1000' (copies of this photography may be purchased through an outside vendor,
information available by request)

Contract staff will call you when photography has been pulled and is available for
viewing (usually within 2 business days). If you request more than 1 site to be
researched, an hourly rate of $69/hour will be charged due to the high volume of
requests we are receiving. We will provide you with a cost estimate for these research
services for your approval prior to performing this service. Below are sample aerial
